All tabulated data can be read using the code created by Joeri De Bruijckere at https://github.com/joeridebruijckere/Inspectra-Gadget#inspectra-gadget (last accessed on 14/03/2022), based on Python (Spyder). This software will convert raw lock-in signals into differential conductance by taking into account prefactors such as voltage dividers and current amplification, as well as applied AC excitation. A similar conversion will be done for the raw electrical current signal. The associated metafiles contain the necessary prefactors and settings for gate voltages and B-field.
