Kap Kobenhavn microbial taxonomic database
Description
This database contains NCBI, PhyloNorway plastid sequences, complete GTDB v207, and high-quality IMG/VR v4 genomic data. We also incorporated metagenome-assembled genomes from TARA Oceans, Genomes from Earth's Microbiomes, the glacier microbiome catalogue, and those recovered from a permafrost study.
